I am currently debating the espresso machine/machines to get for my shop. I like the idea of having one 3 group machine (looking at VABlack Eagle) but I also enjoy the idea of being able to get creative with the pid and water control that is offered with manual machines (namely slayer). does anyone have any advice or input on having one 3 group espresso machine vs two 2 group machines (one automated and one fully manual)
