I’m starting a small bottled coffee and tea startup but I’m stuck on bottle and equipment sanitation. Star San makes the coffee sour and seem really oxidized when I rinse the bottle with it. Can I just rinse the bottle and equipment with water to clean out the Stan San residue?
Also are there any cleaning methods u might suggest apart from boiling for ten minutes. My setup is tiny! Help!
