# Barista express steamer

No steam comes through the wand.  
Instead the steam comes out through the group head.

I have descaled and cleaned my machine.  
The wand tip is not blocked and I have taken the tip off and poked a narrow bottle brush as far up the wand as I can  
Any ideas?  
In particular is this behaviour consistent with the group head silicon seal needing replacement?  
The model is BES875uk
